Luxury Cowboy Camp

Luxury camping or “Glamping” is the newest phenomenon which allows guests to experience nature and the outdoors without foregoing the comforts of home. Tucked in beautiful locations throughout the world, accommodations include yurts, igloos, geodesic domes, tent structures and tree houses. Travelers can choose from tropical venues, mountain vistas and remote snowy locations from Patagonia to Canada. The only limits are one’s imagination.

Santa Fe Awning has been fortunate to participate in the development of a stunning Cowboy Camp for private guests in a remote area of Northern New Mexico. Guests spend their days riding and exploring the mesas and arroyos of the high desert on horseback, and return to an evening of good food and drink, and a comfortable bed. A number of private tents are set on raised wooden decks in a scenic spot nestled in the cholla and juniper with wonderful views and the vast New Mexico skies above. Each tent interior has hardwood flooring, solar electricity for ceiling fans and traditional southwest chandeliers. Attractive rugs, furniture and beds outfit the spaces with charming touches like candles and knickknacks with southwest flavor. The tents are set with real doors, fabric windows which can be rolled up and down for air and views, and there are even curtains and drapes.
