Custom Awnings

This beautiful home sits on a large open property under the beautiful New Mexico skies. Views from nearly every room in the house of the mountains, hills, the wide roll of land dotted with juniper, sage and cholla are simply spectacular.

A gated entrance with planters and statuary, and the great walled patio both welcome guests in, and invite you to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space. But with few trees here, there is virtually no shade, and sun pours relentlessly through the windows. Recently, we fabricated 11 custom-fitted box awnings for the windows on all sides of the home. These great black awnings have a narrow double beige-gold pin-stripe which both complements the stucco and creates a finished look to the home. The sun was high overhead during our visit and yet look at how much shade is created. We are loving this look!
